Refund Policy

The product you have received is faulty or damaged.

3. Refund conditions

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.
Personalized or hygienic products are not eligible for refund.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defective product or our error.
